Life of diabetic patient
Life of a Diabetic Patient-A day in the life of a Diabetic type 1.There is no right time for people to be diagnosed with diabetes, but it can happen at any point of the year and you should start thinking about your lifestyle and some choices you make as soon as possible. But while there can’t be any better person than me to help you understand what I’m going to tell you, let me explain just how important it is and how much you need to know.
What are the things that influence diabetes?
A diabetic patient has to deal with various everyday problems, which may include a loss of appetite or a sudden change in weight. It also involves the threat of infection or a high risk of catching the flu. In addition to this, he/she will have to deal with the fact that they have to spend a lot of time walking around, which means looking after their feet (which often has issues), washing their hands more often, doing daily body checks and sometimes even managing their medication by themselves. As well as that, they will have to deal with the pressure of constantly worrying about the future as well as having something wrong with them, which means needing insulin more often and of course seeing a doctor when necessary, which is usually quite stressful.
ADVICES

`So here’s some advice I would like to give you. Don’t underestimate this. Some patients find it really hard and if your condition is such a chronic one, it is bound to get worse, especially if you have other health complications. If possible, try not to take any tablets or injections unless you know something is really serious and you need them. Try taking regular blood sugar tests regularly and see whether you notice anything suspicious about it, because it may be a sign of an underlying problem (such as an allergy). You might be surprised to find out that you have to use your car’s gas and brake pedals by yourself, which means worrying about traffic jams to an extent, so don’t push your luck. I also recommend that you eat two small portions at breakfast and then do most of what else. I tried this. The result was amazing and this was probably my only reason for allowing me to do so. We’re talking years ago now and I don’t want to sound old-fashioned now, but it made you feel younger and, even more importantly, you got rid of all those worries which had been haunting you during early childhood. Just remember to take care of yourself first and don’t forget to think about others.

And lastly – never ever forget what you ate yesterday! Your diabetes won’t treat itself until you have a healthy body again. Maybe you thought you were losing hope when you’d thought it was getting worse instead. Now, just put your mind at ease and think like a normal human being and remember that everything here is normal and the worst thing that can happen, is getting over it and becoming happy. After all, you’re not going away from this. Even though you may not be feeling very well.
So those are only three things I’ve learned, but they’re definitely worth a closer look. Thanks for reading!
I hope so you will have been like it and if you’ve got any questions, make sure you leave me a comment below!
Until next time!
